Monthly Young Professionals Network (YPN) Networking Breakfasts are a fun and welcoming way to connect with peers, grow your professional network, and enjoy breakfast with like-minded professionals. This series alternates between open networking and professional development topics—always designed to give you tools, connections, and takeaways you can put to work right away.

This month, gain insight on workplace diversity as it relates to creating an efficient and well-rounded team in your organization. Dr. Reginald Gardner will lead a professional development session on how an inclusive workforce of different backgrounds leads to teamwork and a sense of belonging that goes beyond demographic differences.
