In this Business Power Lunch, Amy Phillips explores how intentional time outdoors can be a practical, research-backed tool to improve employee well-being, strengthen collaboration, and support more resilient, high-performing teams.

Drawing from her work as DuPage County Programs Director for The Conservation Foundation, Amy translates current health and workplace research into actionable strategies businesses can realistically apply without major cost or disruption. Attendees will also learn how the DuPage Nature Rx Coalition helps organizations connect wellness, engagement, and community impact through nature-based solutions.
