NACC's monthly Lunch with a Leader series highlights one local Leader in a friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Sit side-by-side community leaders and fellow chamber members around a king's table as we learn about the professional and personal journey of our leaders over a plated meal. Registration is required as we are unable to accommodate walk-ins with limited seating.

Megan Lynch
Executive Vice President, AdvancementLoaves & Fishes Community Services
Megan Lynch is a social impact leader with experience spanning the nonprofit, private, and public sectors. She serves as Executive Vice President of Advancement for Loaves & Fishes Community Services, the largest food pantry in Illinois, serving approximately 10,000 people a week across DuPage, Kane, Kendall, and Will Counties. Megan leads the Advancement Team, bringing together philanthropy, strategic partnerships, brand and communications, and community engagement to support sustainable growth and expand impact. She is currently working with colleagues and partners to advance the $15 million Nourish Together Campaign, a community-wide effort to expand healthy food access and serve more neighbors across the region.Before joining Loaves & Fishes, Megan led the Charitable Fund for Duly Health and Care, overseeing social impact, grantmaking, and volunteer initiatives focused on food insecurity, housing, and community health. She previously served as Director of Corporate Relations for North Central College and managed corporate partnerships for two global policy organizations, The Chicago Council on Global Affairs and the Council on Foreign Relations. Megan began her career with the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, supporting the work of the United Nations Economic and Social Council on global development priorities.Megan’s past board and advisory service includes Loaves & Fishes Community Services, Social Responsibility Chicago, Impact DuPage, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Next Generation Initiative of DuPage Foundation, and the Young Leaders Fund of The Chicago Community Trust. She is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Naperville. Megan was named the 2023 Grantmaker of the Year by the West Suburban Philanthropic Network and was recognized as a 2021 Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce 4 Under 40 Award recipient. She holds a Master of Arts in Politics from New York University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Outside of work, Megan enjoys life with her husband and two sons.
