This year's Annual Not-For-Profit Breakfast is designed to strengthen board leadership and enhance member involvement. Attendees will explore key strategies for fostering effective board dynamics, improving engagement, and amplifying impact. Beyond just attending meetings, board membership offers the chance to develop leadership skills, expand your professional network, and contribute meaningfully to your community.

Susan Neustrom is a certified volunteer SCORE Business Mentor with expertise in the nonprofit sector from leading several nonprofit organizations as CEO and serving on the Board of Directors of many organizations. Susan has extensive experience in business plans, strategic planning, change management, program design, operations, staff development, capacity building, fundraising, grant writing, board development and relations, marketing, and communication. She also has significant experience in the for-profit sector too, spending 22 years in banking.
